Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Kameo Recruitment Ltd. As a key liaison between practitioners and clients, you will provide exceptional customer service, focusing on client relationships and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate diary bookings and oversee daily workloads of current clients.
- Maintain high standards of formatting and sending reports.
- Manage database records to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Book internal and external appointments, and obtain PO numbers for billable work.
- Proactively manage wellbeing and flu campaigns to achieve maximum growth.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously.
- Resilience in a busy role.
- Confidence in day-to-day tasks and proactive problem-solving.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
