Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Advisor to join their operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for scheduling and directing engineers to meet service demands and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and directing engineers
  • Communicating with other departments
  • Reviewing work orders and invoices
  • Attending divisional meetings

Requirements

  • Three years customer service experience
  • Technical aptitude and IT knowledge
  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

This is a fast-paced environment that will suit someone who can multitask and maintain excellent communication and customer service skills.

In this role, you will work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet department goals and objectives.

Pertemps Bond offers a competitive salary range of £25,500-£27,500 and a range of additional benefits.
