Customer Service Liaison

As a key member of the SGS team, the customer service liaison will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve processing customer jobs, delivering sales reviews and reporting on time, and accompanying the commercial team on pre and post sales visits. Additionally, the customer service liaison will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining service level agreements for all customers in line with quality standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- English, Math's & Science GSCE A*-C or Equivalent
- I.T. literate – including good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Strongly IT literate.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of LIMS databases
- Knowledge of food safety and quality
