Lead Rehabilitation Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Discharge Team (IDT) as the Physiotherapy Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop our service at Conquest Hospital and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Jointly lead the induction and support of new graduates to ensure their competence in the assessment and treatment of acute medical patients.
  • Work collaboratively with our existing Team Lead to support the entire IDT Physiotherapy team, including the completion of appraisals and training to develop clinical reasoning and enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Risk assess and make appropriate discharge plans, with an awareness of current professional and research practice.
  • Participate in national and local audits, and contribute to the development of our therapy services.
