Sales Manager for Formwork and Falsework

Mitchell Maguire is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing exclusively with construction field sales jobs. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for Formwork and Falsework to join our team.
About the Role:- Responsible for selling the hire of formwork and falsework equipment to end users and main contractors
- Work closely with a team of qualified engineers for technical support
- Build relationships with established sub-contractors
- Formwork or Falsework technical field sales experience
- Temporary works field sales background may also be considered
- Strong new business skills
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Estimated salary: £45,000-£55,000 + bonus (£10,000-£15,000). Benefits include a hybrid car (or allowance) and full benefits package.
