About the Job:

We are recruiting for a Field Sales Professional to join our team as a Sales Representative for Formwork & Falsework. About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts within the formwork and falsework sector in the Leicester, Nottingham, Northamptonshire, and Lincolnshire areas. This role involves a mix of field sales, customer relationship management, and technical support.

Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing contacts, industry events, and lead generation activities* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and services* Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue* Utilize company resources, including technical support from qualified engineers, to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:
* Proven experience in technical field sales or a similar role within the construction industry* Strong knowledge of formwork and falsework equipment, as well as temporary works practices* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively* Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to resolving issues
