Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Manage office filing systems and databases to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
