About the Role

In this Administrative Support Coordinator position for Financial Institutions at The Recruitment Co., you will be responsible for providing administrative support for Corporate Actions transactions, liaising with internal teams and external institutions, and managing records, reports, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process Corporate Actions on client holdings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Process Market Claims on Corporate Actions, resolving any issues promptly.
  3. Communicate effectively with investors regarding Corporate Actions, soliciting instructions for further action.
  4. Verify that instructions are executed in accordance with investor specifications.
  5. Oversee group communication channels to ensure seamless information exchange.
  6. Analyze data from Avaloq reports to stay informed about Corporate Actions updates, pending, and upcoming events.
  7. Maintain and update records of event actions, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
  8. Perform a range of administrative tasks, such as document management and equipment maintenance.
  9. Collaborate with clients and executives to facilitate corporate event transactions.
  10. Cover for absent Corporate Events Team members when necessary.
  11. Aid in testing new system features and upgrades to ensure smooth implementation.
