About the Role
  1. Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including diary management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rental.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Board Members and senior executives.
  4. Conduct research on behalf of the Executive Team and prepare reports and presentations as required.
  5. Manage databases and electronic filing systems, including time and attendance records and workflow approvals.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support to senior-level executives.
  2. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  3. Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
