Your new role as HR Assistant plays a vital part in maintaining a positive and productive work environment for employees across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records on our systems
  • Tracking staff attendance, holidays and absence reporting
  • Assisting with recruitment process
  • Providing first-line support for employee queries
  • Assisting in the coordination of disciplinary procedures
  • Supporting managers with policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in an HR or administrative position. Proficiency in Microsoft Packages is also essential, along with knowledge of employment law and HR systems.
