Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant in Bispham. This part-time role offers the opportunity for long-term career growth and is initially temporary for up to 3 months, possibly leading to permanent.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Operations & Business Support Manager
  2. Manage the vehicle fleet, including monitoring fuel and telematics
  3. Assist with the management of vehicle repairs and servicing
  4. Identify and implement improvements to current systems
  5. Maintain and update central documentation, such as HR files and leave records
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Clear and transparent communication style
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A salary of £12.21 per hour is offered for this part-time role, which is equivalent to £24,000 per annum based on a 24-hour week.
