Job Details

We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator for HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Team and wider business.

  • The role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in HR databases and systems.
  • You will manage the HR mailbox, ensuring all colleague queries are dealt with in a timely manner – referring queries on to the team when needed.
  • You will process new starter onboarding paperwork, including employment contracts and uploading new starters to our HR Systems.
  • You will provide first line advice and guidance on HR queries.
  • You will also administer Long Service and Recognition awards.
  • A key aspect of the role is ensuring a high level of accuracy and timely processing of leavers, new starters, and other administrative duties that impact payroll to avoid under/overpayments.
  • You will support in the production of HR Data and MI.
  • You will support on management upskilling and coaching managers on self-service.
  • Finally, you will assist with HRSS and wider HR projects including: TUPE, System Build, and HR Strategy as required.
