We are looking for an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Agility Resourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining office activities, managing supplies, and coordinating meetings.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Streamline Office Activities: Efficiently handle day-to-day tasks, manage supplies, and coordinate meetings.
- Invoice Processing: Process invoices accurately with attention to detail.
- Support Services: Provide administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Front Desk Duties: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Document Management: Maintain organized filing systems and records.
- Requirements and Qualifications: Proven experience as an office administrator or assistant. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to troubleshoot office issues independently.
