Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Concierge to join our team at the Charlotte Street Hotel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the concierge desk operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and a warm welcome for our guests.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to enhance their experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage transportation, check-in, and check-out processes, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

  • Arrange transportation services for guests, including taxi bookings, car rentals, and airport transfers, ensuring timely and hassle-free travel arrangements.

  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide cohesive service across departments, demonstrating a willingness to support and assist colleagues.
