About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Ambassador to join our Front of House Team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all patients, visitors, and consultants receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all patients, visitors, and consultants, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Direct patients, visitors, and consultants to the correct areas of the hospital, providing clear and concise directions.
  • Handle telephone calls and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cover for reception staff as needed, providing administrative support and ensuring that the front desk is manned at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels.
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to use a range of software applications and systems.
