Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pensions Administrator to join our team at the Church of England. The successful candidate will support the administration of pension schemes and provide outstanding customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone inquiries and respond to emails from pensions members and employers
  • Provide support to users of our pensions websites
  • Administer new members into Schemes and update records
  • Calculate benefits on leaving, retirement, death, and transfer out/divorce
  • Produce statements of contributions due and allocate contributions received
  • Carry out day-to-day administration of the voluntary contribution arrangements and transfers between AVC schemes
