Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Christian Partnerships Development Specialist to join our team at Compassion UK. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with churches and Christian organizations across the UK.

About the Role:
As a Christian Partnerships Development Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of our partnerships strategy, working collaboratively with our team to achieve objectives, and actively promoting our Christian ethos and values.
You will have experience as a networker, with a proven ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships within the Church and Christian events space. Additionally, you should have insight into church leadership, understanding and empathizing with church leaders and their challenges. A confident public speaker, you will be comfortable delivering messages that resonate and inspire.
You will also possess sales/fundraising expertise, having successfully managed the full cycle of sales or fundraising efforts, from lead generation to closing deals, and consistently meeting your targets. Your weekend availability is essential, as you may need to attend church services or events on weekends (up to 24 activities annually) to grow and sustain partnerships.

• Contribute to the development of our partnerships strategy
• Work collaboratively across Compassion UK to effectively meet objectives
• Actively maintain and promote our Christian ethos and values
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships within the Church and Christian events space
• Understand and empathize with church leaders and their challenges
• Deliver messages that resonate and inspire as a confident public speaker
• Successfully manage the full cycle of sales or fundraising efforts

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• Experience as a networker with a proven ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships within the Church and Christian events space
• Insight into church leadership, understanding and empathizing with church leaders and their challenges
• Confidence in public speaking, delivering messages that resonate and inspire
• Sales/fundraising expertise, having successfully managed the full cycle of sales or fundraising efforts
• Weekend availability, attending church services or events on weekends (up to 24 activities annually)
• Strong administrative skills, proficient in English, both written and verbal, with solid numerical skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms
• Experience in managing or supporting volunteers
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, with some overseas trips as agreed upon with the Head of Church Partnerships
• Full driving license and access to a car for work, with mileage expenses reimbursed
• Ideal location: based in London or within the M25 commuter belt

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
