About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our team at DO & CO. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in implementing our HR strategy and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances
  • Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to attract top talent
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Provide HR support to employees, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
