About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team at DO & CO. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in implementing our HR strategy and supporting the delivery of business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on providing expert advice and guidance to line managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
  • Support the delivery of business objectives through effective HR planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Manage employee relations cases and provide support to employees and managers
  • Develop and maintain employee records and databases
  • Provide HR-related reports and analytics to support business decision-making
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proven experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and software
