About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our team at DO & CO. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in implementing our HR strategy and contributing to the success of our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert HR advice and guidance to our line managers and employees, ensuring that they have the support and resources they need to excel in their roles.

You will be responsible for a range of activities, including employee relations, talent management, diversity and inclusion, negotiation with external agencies, pay and benefits, HR metrics, recruitment, and working practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to line managers and employees
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees and line managers
  • Manage employee relations cases
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies
  • Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Negotiate with external agencies
  • Manage pay and benefits
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement working practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong HR knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in HR systems
