About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our team at DO & CO. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in implementing our HR strategy and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
  • Lead on talent acquisition and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational development strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and data
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular salary reviews and performance management
  • Negotiate with employees and their representatives on pay and conditions
  • Administer payroll and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in HR systems and software
