Sales and Commercial Lead

TSGrale, an innovative metal products manufacturer, is looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to lead our sales and commercial efforts. Based in the North East of England, we are part of a prominent private group, recognized for our excellence in manufacturing and customer service.
The Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with the sales, account management, and NPI teams. Key objectives include expanding our customer base, enhancing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in sales and commercial leadership, with experience in industrial component manufacturing businesses. A proven track record of driving revenue growth, coupled with excellent financial acumen and people management skills, is essential.
