About the Role
This role involves taking full P&L responsibility, developing and leading long-term growth plans, and driving growth and margin through existing and new customer development.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading key account management and sales processes
- Overseeing production capability and innovation
- Capitalising on new product initiatives to drive ROI
Experience required
Candidates should have experience as a Managing Director with a 'hands-on' track record of enhancing operational and commercial performance in a Construction Products Manufacturing business.
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 per year.
