Zone Sales Performance Lead

Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned zone by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Dealer Network Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring they are fully supported and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales initiatives and promotional activities in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the zone.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the brand within the zone, ensuring consistent and positive brand representation across all sales channels.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, working with dealers to address any issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering, or machinery engineering;
- More than 8 years of work experience in automobile sales and dealer network management;
- Abundant resources and relationships with dealer groups and dealers;
- Excellent management skills, preferably in projects involving site selection, architecture/construction approval processes, and implementation of franchise standards.
Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel throughout the Region.
