Sales Role

BMS Performance is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to fill the position of Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in the EMEA region by securing new business and managing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Promoting our services to C-Level decision makers and department heads within software, tech, engineering, and medtech sectors.
  • Fostering business expansion through webinars and conferences across the UK and Europe.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a closing role.
  • Experience in complex subscription sales environments (e.g., BI/data, market research, or SaaS).
  • A driven, switched-on, and articulate individual who thrives in an independent yet friendly and supportive work culture.
Package:
  • Basic salary: £55-65k + OTE £30-40k in Year 1.
  • Flexible remote working with occasional international travel.
  • 25 days holiday, pension, life insurance, and death in service benefits.
