An esteemed professional is sought to lead the Education Programme for Chemical Pathology as a Training Programme Director. The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of educational strategies to enhance learner supervision, assessment, and experience. This will include engaging faculty members, ensuring effective educational outcomes, and driving workforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally and managerially accountable to the Head of School
  • Develop an effective network of communication and collaboration with stakeholders at local, regional, and national levels
  • Ensure high standards of education and training as defined by the General Medicine Council and other national bodies
  • Commitment to national vision, policies, and processes for effective educational quality management
  • Manage budgets and contribute to cost savings when required
