Job Summary

As a Training Programme Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of educational programmes that align with the organisation's strategic objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that learners receive high-quality training and support, enabling them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the advancement of healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective educational strategies to enhance learner supervision, assessment, and experience
  • Collaborate with faculty members, clinicians, and other stakeholders to develop and manage curriculum content
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to learner progress, training outcomes, and programme evaluations
  • Provide guidance and support to learners, faculty members, and other stakeholders as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Primary medical qualification or Specialist Registration
  • Membership/Fellowship of a Royal College, Faculty, Professional Association, or Regulatory Body
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical and educational leadership roles
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality education and training initiatives

Salary: £10,000 per session
