**Job Description:**

We are looking for a skilled Training Manager Lead to join our team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on promoting a culture of continuous learning within the Cellular Pathology department.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, Level 7 qualification, and HCPC registration. Leadership experience, CPD, and HR policies awareness are highly desirable. Key responsibilities include overseeing the training and competency system, providing lectures, and supporting CPD. Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

  • Contributing to departmental management
  • Participating in the Pathology Training & Development Group
