Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Research Information Systems Lead to join the National Pathology Imaging Co-operative (NPIC) programme at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the information systems relating to the Research activity of the NPIC programme, working closely with the Head of Research Infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide comprehensive management support to the Programme and across the region.
  • To ensure that services are delivered within budget to agreed quality standards.
  • To lead on the information strategy planning for the NPIC Programme, ensuring the provision of an information and analysis service to meet the specific needs of the Programme and other service users both internal and external.
Essential Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience with evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent organisational and planning skills, and the ability to prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
  • Able to coordinate and influence the activity of others to produce work within agreed time-scales and quality standards.
Salary Package

£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
