Esland Care: A Rewarding Career in Children's Residential Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding childcare and supporting young people in achieving their full potential.

Salary: £30,672 - £31,294 per annum (depending on qualifications)

Working Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights) in a 365-day service due to the nature of our work. Rosters are provided in advance.

About the Role:

We are looking for nurturing and supportive individuals who can provide exceptional care and help our young people achieve amazing outcomes. Our Warrington home is a solo service offering a smaller setting for young people requiring therapeutic placements. Our team provides support with domestic needs, education, socialization skills, and engaging activities and excursions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in children's residential care (desirable)
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's approach to person-centered childcare (essential)
  • Age 21 or above (essential)
