Experienced Childrens Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and nurturing Senior Childrens Home Support Worker to join our team at Esland. Our Warrington home provides therapeutic care for young people who may initially struggle to live in a larger group home setting.

As a Senior Childrens Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of childcare and allowing our young people to achieve amazing outcomes. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.

Essential requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum 12 months experience in a childrens residential care home
  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
  • Values in line with Eslands, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above

Satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks will be required for this role in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices.
