We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our young people. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to our young people, including assistance with daily living tasks, education, and socialization.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by maintaining a clean and organized living space, adhering to health and safety protocols, and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare or a related field.
  • Experience working in a children's residential care home or a similar setting.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values that align with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Age 21 or above.
