About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young residents. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each child receives the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our team
  • Work closely with our therapeutic team to provide emotional support and guidance to our young residents
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
