About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team providing 24/7 care and support to our young people. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding childcare and supporting the development of life skills, education, and socialisation in a therapeutic setting
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes emotional well-being and resilience
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to regular reviews and assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare or equivalent experience
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK and a clean driving record
  • The ability to pass a Full Enhanced Disclosure check and demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with young people, families, and colleagues
