Exceptional Opportunity for Care Professionals

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Residential Support Worker to join our team in Orford, Warrington. In this role, you will provide top-notch care and support to 5 children with autism and learning disabilities in a spacious, detached home.

Package Details: £29,719 per annum, including one sleep-in shift per week. Hourly rate: £12.00, increasing to £12.50 per hour upon completion of qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the children, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive environment, facilitating the children's growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.

Requirements:

A driver's license is advantageous but not necessary. We require someone who is friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding care. Experience as a carer is welcome but not essential, as comprehensive training and induction are provided.
