About the Role:

We are seeking a Specialist Advanced Support Worker to join our team in Burtonwood, Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a young man who is looking to settle into his new home and promote his independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the individual in their daily life, promoting independence and choice.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individual, their family, and other professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities, and physical health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
