We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Senior Residential Support Worker at our children's home in Staffordshire, ST7. This position offers a competitive salary of £31,305.20 (inclusive of sleep-ins) per annum, as well as opportunities for career advancement through our Passport to Manage training program.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing individualized support to meet the physical, emotional, and educational needs of children.
  2. Supervising staff, leading shifts, and ensuring adherence to placement plans, policies, and risk assessments.
  3. Supporting children in their education and daily activities to promote their overall well-being.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of treatment plans and risk assessments.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce or equivalent, have at least 2 years of experience in residential childcare, hold a valid driving license, and be committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
