About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to join our team in Warrington. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic care to a young person in a solo service setting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a children's residential care home, with at least 12 months in a supervisory role. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage staff working in a care role
  • Provide high-quality care to young people in a therapeutic setting
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential care home
  • At least 12 months in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Full UK driving license issued in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Above 21 years old
