About the Role

Warrington Borough Council's Children's Residential service is expanding, and we are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be supporting children and young people with complex needs to improve their outcomes and achieve their goals.

This is a challenging role that requires flexibility, motivation, and resilience. You will work as part of a rota, including evening, weekends, and sleep-in shifts. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, investment in your training and development, and pay enhancements and sleep-in allowances.

To be successful in this role, you must hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care Work. You will also need to be able to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
