Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Support our young people with their daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Help our young people to access education and activities in their local community, as outlined in their care plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working with young people with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.
