As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing the best possible care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our team to create a warm and caring environment, supporting our children to access education and activities in their local community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • Support our children with their daily routines, including personal care, meal times, and leisure activities.
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about working with children with autism and learning disabilities. You will need to be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

Experience as a carer would be an advantage, but full training and induction are provided. A driver's license is an advantage but not essential.
