About the Role

Warrington Borough Council's Children's Residential service is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs to achieve their goals and improve their outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children and young people with complex needs in a residential setting
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for young people to thrive
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care Work or willingness to work towards it
  • Ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English
  • DBS clearance
