Requirements
- Experience in a care or support role, preferably in a residential setting.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and satisfactory references.
