About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Community Integrated Care as a Care Specialist in our brand new service in Warrington. As a dedicated care worker, you will be supporting two individuals with complex needs, promoting their choices, wellbeing, and independence.
You will work closely with colleagues to prioritize the wellbeing and happiness of our residents, ensuring high-quality support and delivering on our company values. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.
About the ServiceOur service in Culcheth provides 24/7 care and support to two individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex health and behavioral needs. You will be part of a close-knit team that prioritizes the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.
Your Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities, and complex care
- The ability to connect with people, be patient, and show empathy and compassion
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum (based on a 48-hour contract), plus benefits including:
