About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and processing orders.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion and communication of products and services.
  • Customer Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven work experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple sales activities simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining sales records.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • CRTM Systems: Proficient in using CRM systems and SAGE is preferred but not essential.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Time Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sales Knowledge: Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Energy Level: The high energy level and self-motivated.
Working Hours

8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and a 3 pm finish on Fridays.
