About the Role: The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations and Finance Team. This will include managing correspondence, coordinating internal and external meetings, maintaining calendars and schedules, and performing data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Operations and Finance Team, including managing correspondence, coordinating internal and external meetings, and maintaining calendars and schedules.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining and updating membership records and gathering information for mass correspondence.
- File Management: Organize and maintain files and databases, including inventory of office supplies.
- Communication: Welcome members and visitors, and assist in document and presentation preparation using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the administration of marketing tasks, including social media and document preparation.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a membership organization or the third sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Enthusiastic problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
