Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative assistance and coordination of sales activities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
* Coordinate with multiple internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment
* Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review
* Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion and communication of products and services
* Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns or complaints

Requirements:

* Proven work experience in sales coordination or a similar role
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple sales activities simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining sales records
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Proficient in using CRM systems and SAGE is preferred but not essential
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Knowledge of sales principles and practices

Working Hours:

8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and a 3 pm finish on Fridays.
