We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the control and delivery of construction projects to meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the construction process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of site teams, including laborers, engineers, and other support staff.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find solutions.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including design, procurement, and commercial.
