Our client, a contemporary leisure and golf resort hotel located in the Coventry area, is seeking an Office-based Golf and Leisure Sales Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries and bookings for golf and leisure services efficiently to maximize sales revenue and enhance hotel profitability.
  • Ensure timely responses to leads and maintain regular communication regarding booking progress.
  • Prepare and disseminate all function sheets, including amendments and late additions, to relevant departments.
  • Meet established revenue targets for the business, focusing on conversion ratios as outlined in the Sales Activity Plan.
  • Oversee confirmed golf and spa arrangements while addressing clients' food, beverage, and accommodation needs.
  • Proactively reach out to previous and lapsed clients monthly to encourage membership reinstatement.
  • Drive and maintain leisure memberships through a consistent sales approach and organized events.
  • Coordinate and participate in Golf Open Days and leisure events at the venue.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to complete weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
