About the Role
As a Registered Manager at Standby Healthcare Ltd, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our residential care services. With your expertise and leadership, you will inspire your team to provide exceptional care and support to our young residents. Your primary responsibilities will include allocating and supporting key workers, establishing and monitoring high standards of care, and developing comprehensive care plans that cater to the individual needs of each resident.

Key Requirements:
* Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality care services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and professional bodies
* Strong understanding of National Minimum Standards and ability to maintain high-quality care standards
* A Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification
